What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all sealed, unused items in their original packaging. Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We deduct the cost of outbound postage and payment processing.

How long does shipping take?

Place your order by 12noon and we despatch the same day. Orders placed after 12noon may be despatched the next day. Standard shipping typically takes 2-4 business days. Express shipping is available for 1-2 day delivery.

How will my order be packaged?

We do our best to work with an environmentally-friendly approach, whilst ensuring the protection of your products. We recycle whatever we can which sometimes includes packaging, so you might receive your order in a pre-used box.   

Do you ship internationally?

No, sorry. Mainland UK only.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
